Camera Equipment & Course Recording Facility Hire

Terms and Conditions for Camera Equipment Rental

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between the renter (“Renter”) and Claymore Digital (“Lessor”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” regarding the rental of camera equipment (“Equipment”) located at 77 Main Street, Bangor, BT20 5AP.


1. Equipment Rental:
The Equipment is rented to the Renter for the agreed rental period, as specified in the rental agreement.
The Equipment will be collected and returned to Claymore Digital’s office in Bangor.

2. Rental Fee:
The Renter agrees to pay the specified rental fee as stated in the rental agreement.
Rental fees are payable in advance upon collection of the Equipment.

3. Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required prior to rental to cover potential damage, loss, or late return of the Equipment.
The security deposit will be refunded upon safe and timely return of the Equipment.

4. Care and Use:
The Renter agrees to use the Equipment carefully and only for its intended purpose.
The Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment during the rental period.

5. Return of Equipment:
The Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
Late return may result in additional charges as per the rental agreement.

6. Insurance:
The Renter is responsible for insuring the Equipment against damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.

7. Liability:
Claymore Digital is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the Equipment.

8. Cancellation:
Cancellation of the rental agreement must be made at least 2 days before the rental start date to receive a full refund.

9. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

10. Sever-ability:
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By renting the Equipment, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Claymore Digital reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

Terms and Conditions for Course Recording Suite and Podcast Recording Studio Hire

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between the hirer (“Hirer”) and Claymore Digital (“Hire Company”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” regarding the hire of the course recording suite and podcast recording studio (“Facility”) located at 77 Main Street, Bangor, BT20 5AP.

1. Facility Hire:
  • The Facility is hired to the Hirer for the agreed hire period, as specified in the hire agreement.
  • The Facility is located at Claymore Digital’s office in Bangor, Northern Ireland.
2. Hire Fee:
  • The Hirer agrees to pay the specified hire fee as stated in the hire agreement.
  • Hire fees are payable in advance upon collection of the Facility.
3. Security Deposit:
  • A security deposit is required prior to hire to cover potential damage, loss, or late return of the Facility.
